NICOLAS NEFIODOW
Director of Development
Nicolas holds degrees in both Business Administration and Architecture from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. He has worked with several renowned architecture and development firms, including WorkAC, Handel Architects, Solomonoff Architecture Studio, and The Durst Organization. His experience spans the planning and implementation of diverse projects, such as a community outreach exhibition showcasing the design process for a library in Boulder, Colorado. Nicolas has contributed to developments both across the United States and internationally.
MACLANE REGAN
Director of Design
Maclane earned her Master of Architecture from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, where she was recognized with the Evans Simpson ’88 Prize for Excellence in Design. She contributed to Visual Agreements, a temporary installation at Columbia University from April to May 2023, which explored themes of collective authorship and civic engagement. The project was featured in the Columbia University End of Year Show 2023 and published by KoozArch and e-flux architecture. Maclane’s work spans research, publication, and design, with collaborations that include The Center for Spatial Research, Architensions, and Solomonoff Architecture Studio. She has also held academic appointments at Columbia University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Florida Atlantic University, and currently teaches at the University of Miami.
